Input is 12VDC – output is only 12VDC. When first power up may go to around 15 VDC then floats down to 12VDC or lower, Purchased 5 units.  Have tried 2 out of the 5, both with same symptoms.  Need an answer as these were going out today.  What is the technical response and what is the guarantee that new units will operate correctly.  Tried without load initially and then tried with load to see if this affected the output.  I need 12 volt DC input to 48VDC output.  Maximum draw is less than 120 watts but want to stay higher for longevity.
