Hello,

I purchased this item DROK® Club Car Golf Car DC Voltage reducer 36V 48V to 12V 20A Voltage Step Down Buck Converter Battery Power Supply Volt Regulator Transformer 240W Wide Input Range 30-60V High Efficency.

With input 36VDC I am getting 5.5VDC output instead of 12V.

Other than four wires coming out for input and output connections, there are no other wires. The Amazon order ID is 702-4896594-1631407.

Is there a place to get a wiring diagram or manual for this. I ordered mine from your Amazon store and it did not come with either.

Also, which number is the part number? There are different numbers on the packaging and item, neither will show up on a google search or on your website. The numbers on mine are 481220L on unit and B01GE537EK on the packaging.
