Hello, I’ve purchased this item (link below) and the wiring instructions are not activating the relay for me. I’m trying to charge/discharge a 24v battery pack and use the DROK to cutoff low voltage and over voltage. I’ve read several threads about the Vext and relay ports, but I’m still having issues getting the screen to power and turn on/off the relay. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in.

Could you pleae tell us which wiring diagram did you refer to? To check what wrong it is, is it convenient for you to take a some images or video to show the whole connection? And how large is the independent power supply？ Does it match your relay working voltage?

Hey. I purchases a 0-90v 0-100v Drok Power Meter with the Hall Sensor. I am having difficulty charging my battery pack through the relay set up. I follow the instructions provided in the box but the relay wont activate. The Vext voltage is same as the relay.

I also found a secret menu for calibrating the power meter and now it’s giving me wrong reading. I need help to rectify this
