November 26, 2018 at 9:13 pmPost count: 0Greetings!
I recently purchased a DROK 180050 buck-boost voltage regulator. The product appears to work, and I have observed the device working correctly under a constant load up to 25W. However, I am trying to charge a battery and the device shuts down immediately whenever I connect it to a battery. It will reset when it is un- and re-connected to the power source. But it shuts down again when the load (battery) is connected.
The battery is 12V lead-acid. The device is set to 13.7V. The charging current from a regulated power supply is less than 0.5A at that voltage, which would be about 6-7 watts. What is the problem?
What is the clamping current level? What is the time delay? Is there a way to adjust the clamping circuitry for a higher current or a longer delay before shutting down? Could I add a larger capacitor somewhere? Do you have a schematic for this device?
On AMazon, they say you are very responsive. I’d appreciate some help. Thanks,

Could you please tell us more details about your problem? It is easy to adjust voltage. You can turn it clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Here is simple manual, https://www.droking.com/RJCcs/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/DATASHEET_180050.pdf

Is your problem for 180050? Did you connect load or not?
To check problom for you, is it convenient for you to take a video to show the problem and your operation?
You can share video link or send attachment to Service@droking.com. We will find solution for you after checking.
Best regards.

I want 12V output. how do I adjust output voltage? using the adj screw does not seem to do anything. this is a pretty simple question which shouldn’t require a video.
a simpler question is, where is the user manual?

September 29, 2019 at 6:16 pmPost count: 0I also set up the unit with a load. it is a 12V small water pump that is designed to run on 1.5 amps/12V
the input is providing 22V and 5amps but the output remains at about 1.2V and i cannot change it. I have tried using the adj screw both clockwise and anti-clockwise but nothing happens. is there something else i need to do to adjust the output voltage?
Hello kevin cooper,
There is no special adjustment way. As what you mention. It is clockwise or anti-clockwise. Therefore we sincerely hope to check how it is from video. For example, display, connection, your operation. We will pass it on to technicians to check what wrong it is. Is it possible to take a better video or some images?
Best regards.

I didn’t know what to expect, but the environment is pleasant, the games run smoothly and the offers are generous. After a few failures, I played Book of Dead and made a nice profit! What stands out is that users from Greece receive extra bonuses. Now I often use it for a little relaxation and fun at the end of the day.
