I’ve installed 4 of these so far into my PLC testing board and I’m trying to figure out the calibration.  My analog input is seeing 8.238457 while the signal generator is indicating 5.28mA.  It’s critical that the signal generator send the proper mA to my input or there’s no way to truly calibrate the tester.  How can I calibrate this signal generator properly?

Hello Randall,

There is A-VR potentiometer on the back of board, you can use it to calibrate displayed current。

Method: Switch to current display; Turn clockwise potentiometer until reach maximum, then check the actual output current with multimeter; turn potentiometer to make the displayed value accord with actual output。
