    Just purchased one of your DROK Auto Boost Buck Converter, DC-DC 5.5-30V to 0.5-30V Adjustable CC CV Step UP Voltage Regulator 4A Step-down Volt Transformer 50W Power Supply Module with LCD Display from amazon. I attached four AA batteries which lit up the display, but I do not get any voltage on the outlet. I also do not get any reading on the LCD. Tried the in/out and on/off buttons, but no luck. What is my issue? Does this mean it is broken?

    I just purchased 2 of these excellent units.  Can the display be turned off and on?  Is there a manual for them?
