DROK BUCK converter not working

New Drok buck converter. It powers on, LCD screen is fully lit. Doesn’t respond to any key presses. By fully lit I mean it’s all 8888 with the dots and it says IN, OUT, SET. Everything is on but it never actually goes into a working mode.

Doesn’t matter what voltage I give it. I was trying 18v and I also tried 12v.

Ultimately my aim was to hook up 18v in and have it buck to 14.5v out so that I could charge up some under voltage batteries.

Hello Jay Berwald，

This item should be not actived before leaving factory. We are sorry for that.

Do you have standard 24v power supply?  Please connect 24v voltage to input port, load can’t be connected in that case. Then it will return to normal status.
