Drok Buck Converter SKU 2001711007 Adjustment problems

I have a 12V source that powers the display and also displays the IN voltage (12.19V) and the proper output voltage I set (5.00V), but I’m not seeing any current value for input OR output (nor power value in Watts), and adjusting the CC pot doesn’t change the output amperage at all.  I did turn the CC pot 10+ turns left (in fact, all the way to the point that the CC LED turned on after multiple attempts, but no amount of turning right changes the output on the display, not the output measured by the meter (~0.030A).  Is there something I need to do for adjustment?  Basically for my test case I want to attempt to power a raspberry pi 3b+ using the GPIO pins at 5.0V and 3.3V with up to 3.0A (2.5A should be enough) as the cutoff amperage.

Hello,

Is it possible to set the output amps on the Drok CNC buck convertor 200707?

I have it currently hard set (with dip switches) to 24v output, but would like to increase the output amps.

Can they be done independently? The battery I am charging has a 25v input limit, and 8amps (up to 12 amps with a certain connectors, xt60i). The solar panel outputs 36v (hence the buck converter).
