Hi, I bought this item on Amazon and just got around to installing on my project. I planned to use it to step down voltage from a 52V ebike battery for use with 12V accessories and USB. I connected the red/black pigtails on the input side, tested output with a multimeter, and it only shows 0.28 volts?

Could the black/ground wires being in the wrong position on the module cause this? Input from battery tested @ 56V.

    Thanks

    JC

    Hello,

It is the 20 Amp version of the one in your link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081RPH2Z2/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=AFHAE9RJVUMB&psc=1

I tested it with no load and a 12V light that draws about 2 Amps. Both times the output was 0.28 Volts. Please tell me how to send a picture of my connections

    Thank You!
