I bought this converter off of Amazon. I am trying to step 15V DC down to about 9 V DC, well within the specifications of the converter. Based on the instructions, I have turned the CV voltage regulator counter-clockwise in 10 rotation increments several times (I would guess I have now turned it a total of 50 times) but I still cannot get the display to show voltage. I can tell that the converter is getting power, however. What do you suggest?

As per your information, we find out 2001711007. Do you mean display doesn’t work? Can it turn on or not?

Apologies, I didn’t realize you had replied.

Once I apply power to the module, I see that the screen powers up, but there is no LCD information. Pressing the On/Off and In/Out buttons accomplishes nothing. Adjusting the voltage accomplishes nothing.

Nothing displays when power is applied. I have sent pictures of the converter with and without power applied. I have no idea how your picture upload works.
