Output is close to expected, although on the 5VDC adjustable output setting I could only adjust down to 5.27 VDC as read on LED (5.25 VDC as measured by DMM) before the pot bottomed out.
Also, when set for 3.3VDC the LED remains dark, however I do read 3.2VDC output with a DMM. On the 9VDC setting the unit outputs 9.13VDC on the LED and 9.10 VDC as measured by DMM. On the 12VDC setting the unit outputs 12.1VDC on the LED and 12.03 as measured by DMM.
The ON/OFF switch apparently only turns on and off the LED display, the output remains on as long as input is supplied. The manual does not indicate that this is the case.
It might be a good idea to make the thru-holes on the IN +/- and OUT +/- a bit larger to accept at least 22 AWG wire.
Despite some of the anomalies noted above, I believe that this unit will function adequately for the task it is intended for. Thanks,
Rob
