First I like the product, but your PDF documentation needs to be changed. The documentation shows the positive and negative output reversed from what it actually is. On the bottom of the device it shows you which side is positive and it is opposite from what was in the documentation. I’m not sure if it was a mistake in the printing, or possibly a change in the product, but it needs to be changed. I hooked it up as it said in the documentation said and it sparked and got hot, plus the connected device would not come on. That’s when I knew something was wrong, so I disconnected everything and examined the device and found the problem. Now everything is working nicely.
