    Bought a $100 e-gift card from Gift Card Granny to surprise my cousin who just got her first apartment. Got the confirmation email right away, but nothing else. Waited two hours, then four, then a full day. Still no card. Their support chat just kept saying “check your spam folder,” which I already had. I opened a ticket with screenshots of my receipt and waited again — zero response. In the meantime, my cousin thought I forgot her. Anyone get stuck in this no-card, no-refund limbo? Curious if support ever followed through or if your bank had to step in.

    I placed an order for a $50 card from Gift Card Granny thinking it’d be a fast last-minute gift. Hours passed, and nothing showed up. I came across gift card granny reviews while trying to figure out next steps. One user shared that they filed a claim through PayPal and got reimbursed quickly. I did the same — submitted all receipts, timestamps, and the unanswered ticket log. PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me within three days. Wish I hadn’t needed the workaround, but at least it didn’t drag out.
