    Hi,

    I ordered a Drok LCD display 12A buck from amazon and it arrived today with glob of what I assume to be glue over inductor 1. Seems like I got a rush job. Clearly visible in images below:

    Hello Tarkin,
    All of items has such while glues, it is for fixing inductance coil. And it can also avoid rubbing against circuit board when coil vibrates. Please don’t remove it.
