I gave Hims a shot to deal with hair loss — the sign-up and consultation went fine, and the first order showed up quickly. What didn’t go fine was trying to stop the auto-renew. The account page didn’t let me cancel without starting a chat, and the chat kept glitching or disconnecting. After three failed attempts, I emailed support and got a canned response. I didn’t get confirmation of the cancellation until another charge had already gone through. Anyone manage to shut off the subscription cleanly the first time? Would love to hear what actually worked.
