    I gave Hims a shot to deal with hair loss — the sign-up and consultation went fine, and the first order showed up quickly. What didn’t go fine was trying to stop the auto-renew. The account page didn’t let me cancel without starting a chat, and the chat kept glitching or disconnecting. After three failed attempts, I emailed support and got a canned response. I didn’t get confirmation of the cancellation until another charge had already gone through. Anyone manage to shut off the subscription cleanly the first time? Would love to hear what actually worked.

    Used Hims for three months before deciding it wasn’t worth the cost. Tried canceling directly from my account but got redirected to a support flow that didn’t load properly on mobile. I checked hims reviews for any tips others had shared. Someone mentioned using the email form instead of chat, so I went that route. Sent a direct message asking for full cancellation and got a confirmation two days later. Still got billed once more, but I disputed it through my card and it was reversed fast. After that, no more charges.
