I am after an operation manual for a drok DC-DC buck converter

Hi
I bought 2 Dc-DC buck converters from amazon (10-75 V input 0-60V output 0-12A current (720W))

this was for a project in the field and it works fine
the only problem I have is that every time the unit is powerless it reboot it self to a default setting and the unit have to be set again.

My main problem is that the provided manual with the product is not available anymore

can somebody provide me with an PDF copy or simply a scanned version of this manual

May I know more details about the “powerless”？ Is it mean the input power is decreased or just power off?

thank you for your response

with power less i mean the power disconnected from the input

it rebooting the unit in a standard mode.

ones the input power is connected again the voltage is 5 volt and the amp limitation is 3 amp

the unit you mention in the nr is exactly the same as that i have in the field

Hello Robert-Jan,
It seems you don’t save the parameters before powering off. Have you save setting as per the eighth point in instruction?
