Numerical Control Regulator DC 8-60V to 10-120V 15A Boost Converter. With help from a friend who owns one of these I got it setup and (almost) working. When I put any load onto output the display goes dead and there is no output (using Klein Multimeter). I purchased item fm Amazon on 3/12/17 but was unable to actually try to use until a few days ago (5/14/17). Unit seems to be fine until you attach a load. (input 12v 3a) Attempted output 14v 1amp. After trying several other loads I believe the device is defective.

How can I return for warranty? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

BTW, I am a long time computer tech so I don’t really think it is me.
