    I’ve got a 200326 that seems to only be able to do about 250W  (~32V / ~7A) before it goes into thermal overload.  How would you recommend adding additional cooling capacity?

    Would you please tell us more details? Do you mean actual output doesn’t match preset value? How large is the output setting and input voltage/current?
