DROK® LTC1871 3.5V-30V DC Boost Converter Power Transformer Voltage Regulator 5V/12V Step Up Volt Module Power Supply Board for Car Auto Motor Motorcycle Automotive etc
I am wondering if you can supply the schematic for your circuit.
I am going to be charging a lead acid battery at 14v4 on the output and I trying to figure out two things:
1. Will I need a reverse current blocking dioe on the output of the regulator to prevent reverse when the source supply turns off and the battery is still connected to the output?
2. What is the maximum voltage the input can bee to maintain the output regulation of 14v4?

Hello Steve Maddigan,
Thanks for writing in.
About schematic, we are sorry our technician team doesn’t allow us to show it on public. Hope you can understand.
For charging battery, you can add diode to protect battery.
But we are not sure if there are something wrong, output voltage you wrote is 14V4.
This item is boost converter, as long as the input is lower that output, the outpout voltage will not change.
