I also need manual for B09P89QV4R as sold on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P89QV4R?th=1 and I especially want detailed information about using the RS-485 link.  Details about communication protocol for each of the parameters that can be queried and received from this device.  Also if there is a recommended software to use on a windows 11 computer to monitor this device on the personal computer.

So for the relay to send a voltage the extra power supply terminals must also be powered ?

My Setup

meter is powered by the tested battery.

controller set to relay mode 2

When I put a multi-meter to relay + – terminals I get no voltage.

do I also need to supply power to the external + – terminals as well to get a signal on the relay terminals ?

Please provide info for relay setup as mine for this model doesn’t send a voltage via the relay terminals what do I need to do to enable this functionality. Current mode via REP is 2 so it should be sending a signal. Unit is powered by the battery being monitored jumpers are on the 2w pin set. There are also menu items not mentioned in the manual provided including low and high temperature limits  and a bunch more. Please provide updated manual for this.

 

Model is 200595/200596 on the manual not sure if that is indeed what the actual sensor is.
