Melt Down

I ordered 2 DROK 0.96″ Portable 7in1 OLED Multimeter Ampere Capacity Power Energy Run Time Temperature Meter DC 33V 10A Volt Amp Watt Meter 330W 3300Wh 100Ah Multifunction Tester from Amazon.com.  On one of them the black wire on the 3 pin connector was only attached by like a strand or two of wire.  It caused the wires to start to melt.  The meter still works, but I would like to get a replacement 3 pin connector with wires.
