Need detail specifcation for DROK 12V to 9V Power Supply Waterproof

I just purchased this trough Amazon US, Order # 116-9422916-0260207. Amazon site lists this product as “DROK® 12V to 9V 2A 18W DC-DC Buck Power Converter Voltage Regulator Transformer Voltage Step Down Power Supply Module Waterproof”

Before I use it I’d like to know some additional specification details:

1) Input voltage range for 9V output. Your web site shows 22VDC for the max, but what about the minimum? Your web site shows 6.3VDC minimum, but unless the power supply changes to a “boost” mode, the 9V output cannot be maintained if the input drops below 9VDC. So please provide the input “drop out voltage”.
2) What happens when the input drops below the “drop out voltage”? Does the Power Supply simply shut itself off and output 0VDC?
3) Is there a minimum load current? Will this Power Supply maintain a 9V output if the load current drops to less than 0.1mA?
4) What is the “no load” output voltage?

Can you also provide a better data sheet on this product?
