    Just bought this from Amazon:
DROK® LTC3780 14A High Power Auto Step Up Down Voltage Regulator 5-32V to 2-24V DC

No instructions, but review on Amazon descibed how to hook it up. This doesn’t show up anywhere on this DROK site. Is it new, or obsolete and no longer supported? It got great reviews. I’m confused as to whether I connect ENABLE to ground or to input voltage to ENABLE the output.

    I just bought the

DROK® LTC3780 14A High Power Auto Step Up Down Voltage Regulator

from Amazon and I can figure out how to wire it.

I am putting 12V to the GND and the VIN ports, but no voltage on the VO+ and GND when measuring?

There is a EN port on the IN side, but I don’t know what to connect to that if it is some kind of switch

Do I connect the +12V or the -12V or what??

Right now the device is dead and I have to send it back to you

Just to be clear, since the translation of the data sheet is NOT clear:

If the EN enable pin is OPEN CIRCUIT, then Output Voltage in ON?

If the EN enable pin is CONNECTED TO GROUND, then the Output Voltage is OFF (sleep)?

Please clear this up. I did read the datasheet and it is not clear.
