Order stuck in "Processing" for 10 days and not shipped yet. What's going on?

Hi, I ordered a product with direct mail (7-15 days) and noticed that the product hasn’t even shipped yet 11 days later. Is that normal? Will I get my product within the next 4 days if it hasn’t even shipped yet? I did pay a little extra for faster shipping.
