I have a numerical control power supply module rated for DC 10-90v with an output of 0-80v and current range of 0-5.1A.  I am supplying it with 14vDC.  I set the u-set to 5v and I-set to 5A.  The over settings I set to the max range of the module.  When I press the on button it will begin showing an output of around 1.5v and a current of around .5A for about 3-5 seconds before it automatically shuts itself off.  Any idea what could be causing this?  Thanks

    Hello Brad,

    Thanks for writing in.

As per you description, we find this item 2001801002, please check if it is correct.

Could you please tell us how much the actual input current is? Do you mean the item power off or just turn off output after 3-5 seconds?

If possible, could you please kindly show that by video? In that way, we can check it more carefully.

You can try to share us Youtube video or send video to Service@droking.com

    Best regards.
