I was all set for a movie night, snacks ready and everything. I fired up Prime Video to watch that new thriller everyone’s been raving about. But as soon as I hit play, the screen froze, and I got an error message saying the content couldn’t be loaded. I tried restarting the app, even rebooted my device, but no luck.
