    This questions is regarding the following product:

    “20W Power Supply Module DC 12 / 24V to 3.7~12V 4.2A Power Converter/Car Charging Module/Adapter/Driver Module Waterproof”

    Does this device tolerate all input voltages between 12V and 24V, or does it have to be exactly 12V or 24V? I would like this for a solar charger I have which can output anywhere from 12V – 18V depending on the load (no charge controller).
