While checking royal caribbean reviews, I found that multiple travelers resolved the issue by including booking ID, cancellation date, and method of payment in one clear support message—plus attaching proof of submission if available. I followed that format and added a screenshot of the cancellation page. That same day, I received a confirmation with a refund estimate and cruise credit option. Providing every relevant detail in a single message seemed to prompt a faster internal review and response from their team.
