by DROK. For testing I connected the 12v in to a 12v (12.5v) battery. The output for this product is supposed to be 48V, according to my understanding. However, it matched the input voltage. Am I missing something?Hello Lance Dauzat,
Thank you for your quick reply.
How much is the the input current in your application?
If the input is 12V, the min. input current is 10A, otherwise, it cannot provide enough power to drive the load.
If the input current is lower than 10A, could you please try to use another power supply with more than 10A to test the module?
If it still cannot work, please feel free to write back to us.
Hope this can help you.
