    I’ve got about 1.5A worth of LED lighting connected to the Power Supply. With no load, voltage can be adjusted to about 25.5V. As soon as load is applied, voltage drops. With 1.5A of LED connected, voltage drops to 18.8V. Can this be adjusted, is this normal, or is it defective?

    My bad!! Input voltage was set to 22o, should have been 110. All is fine, power supply is working well.
