    i got this in the mail today and i could not get it to work
    the fault led was almost always on and when i was able to
    get it to turn off connecting a load to the output of the
    converter would cause it to turn on again.

    I bought it from you because it had grate reviews on amazon,
    also has anyone else had these problems?
    also how do i fix it?
    am i doing somthing wrong?

    Could you please tell us more details of your operation, such as the input voltage/current, the wiring, the load, the working environment?
    Could you please tell us which fault LED is always on?
