I discovered that my TracFone account was enrolled in auto-refill, even though I never activated the service. I purchased a SIM card and plan but never completed the activation process. Despite this, I’ve been charged monthly for a service I never used. I attempted to cancel the auto-refill through the website and app, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do so. I reached out to customer support but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else experienced unauthorized auto-refill charges with TracFone? Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
