Two +VDC output with Buck/Boost regulator

Hello,

I have been asking around to find an external two +VDC output buck/boost regulator, and the response has been very unfavorable.

My requirements:

–  Must be able to take AC and DC inputs. (115VAC and 14VDC). AC is from USA wall outlets and DC is from car power outlet.

–  Must be able to regulate +12VDC 2.5Amp and +5VDC 3Amp (two different +vdc outputs at the same time). 45W minimum.

–  Must be UL listed

– The output power connector is still up in the air. Possibly a 4 pin locking connector.

Factory has requirement on customized item. It is hard to arrange production if quantity is small.

So, aquí va mi historia, quería ahorrar para unas vacaciones en la costa y no avanzaba nada, hasta que un compañero de gimnasio me habló de algo que usaba para desconectar.
