    I just received my second drok buck converter from amazon and when I adjust the pots, the voltage does not change. I have the screen set to F-2 to read the output voltage and I connected a multimeter to double check. Neither pot seem to have any effect.

    Hello joe b,
    Thanks for writing in.
    Please firstly turn the “ADJ-V” potentiometer anticlockwise for over 10 circles until voltage value changes.
