    Got two of the following.

    Both will not adjust output voltage over 14v DC.  I need 48v DC.   I have purchased 10 of the 5 amp models and there were no issues over the last 6 months.

    Is there a new trick to this model?  I’ve turned the adjusting screw all the way clockwise.  Output started at 5 volts but stopped at 13.91 volts.

    For example, input voltage,load etc.Did you operate it with load at time?
