Problem is, when I go back to review my orders, it shows that what I ordered was AC to DC 24v Power Converter Module 4A – listed on Amazon as Item model #090233. When I find my chosen unit (180085) on your website, and click on the Amazon USA link, it shows the 090233 as well. Can you explain if I can get 180085 on Amazon, or must order on your website with the high shipping cost?
Hello Dennis,
Thanks for writing in.
We want to check the item you need is 4A or 1A. 24V/4A item should be 090233. 180085 is 1A. You can check again the product specification in our website.
As 180085 is not availabe on Amazon, so when you click on the product link, it will go to 090233 page.
Any more questins, plesae kindly let us know.
Best regards.

Maybe a day later, but have lost record of my order, so don’t know when I should expect delivery. I mistakenly did not register on Drok, so no account to refer to. But, can you tell me if I should start being concerned, not having received them yet (19 days later)?
Thanks
