Received Meter with shunt. Has wires attached for connection to shunt. Wires and/or leads for supply voltage are missing. All there is are 2 small holes for pins where the wires should go. I need the pin or wires to hook it up. Will you send it to me or where do I get it ?

The new version is as what you mention, there is not connector for power supply terminal. You can solder wire directly.
