I am trying to use the convertor DROK 551215 but when I hook up my device the output voltage drops from 12 VDC to 4VDC which is insufficient for the operation of my device which require 8 VDC. Also the device is on a switch which need to have an instantaneous 12V. It takes several seconds for my convertor to stabilize at 12VDC. The device that I am powering only draws about 200mA max. Why is this happening and shouldn’t this device give a constant 12VDC output?
Any suggestions please THX
