Have 2001712003 device and seems to work for amps, volts, watts, and Wh but does not show the remaining capacity. I just tried this for the first time today and am now recharging the batteries.  How do I get it to show remaining battery capacity? I have 6, 12 volt batteries in series and I am using the Hall sensor between battery 4 and battery 5. Batteries 1, 2  3, and 4 are in the rear of my electric vehicle with batteries 5 and 6 in the front of the vehicle.

    Hello John Lanza,

Have you programed  AH and FU parameters?  And after programing,  you have to fully charge battery again.  Please kindly notie  charging current must go through hall sensor.

For any more questions, please let us know.

    Best regards.

Ok, I figured out the problem which was related to an external potentiometer not being “off” so that DROK unit was always under a small load. When that was fixed, it began working ok. thanks.
