It seems to just be dead. I have always had it set to 115V AC, which my house supplies, but one day I just plugged it in, and nothing happened. I took the unit apart, tested voltages across all the DC outputs (voltmeter showed 0 volts across all combinations). I check the fuse inside the unit, but it is not blown.

I purchased this unit Jan 9, 2024 from Amazon and am happy to provide a receipt. I believe this should still be under warranty.
