I’ve been scaling my niche blogs lately and hiring a lot of freelance writers from various platforms. However, I’m starting to suspect that some of them are just dumping AI-generated drafts into our shared folders and charging me for “original” work. It’s becoming a nightmare to manually check everything. How do you guys manage quality control when you’re dealing with dozens of articles a week?

I had the same issue last year. Honestly, the best first step is to be very clear in your contracts that AI content is a breach of terms. I also started asking for “behind-the-scenes” notes or specific personal anecdotes in the articles, which usually forces the writer to actually think. But even then, some still try to sneak in ChatGPT-written paragraphs to save time.

If you work with large volumes of data and constantly outsource blog articles, you definitely need a proper analyzer. I bookmarked a solid brisk AI detector checkerand run every new draft through it. It really helps me keep my contractors accountable and ensures that we only publish authentic, human-written materials without that typical machine-generated flavor.
