    Hello,

Do you have problem on current or voltage reading? If not, it is better not to enter calibration procedure in case larger error.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Please refer to below steps.  You need a  DC adjustable Power Supply, multimeter and load

If the no-load current is not zero, please follow the zer calibration firstly.

    Zero calibration:

    1. Please hold the OK button and turn on power supply simultaneously. Then release button after 3 seconds, it will come to parameters setting.
    2. Please make sure load is disconnected and yellow cursor is at “Mode”option,  then click “OK” button to move yellow cursor to “0A”, then short press Down button, current reading will return to zero.
    3. At last, short  press OK button to move cursor to “Save”option to save the setting.

    Charging current calibration:

    1. Hook up meter, power supply and load asper charging wiring diagram.

Set the power supply as above12V, then hold on the Ok button and power on. Release button OK after 3 seconds , it will come to parameter setting interface.

    1. At that moment, yellow cursor is at “Mode” , the third line of interface show “00000”. Please disconnect load or just make sure load current is 0.00A, then press OK button to move the cursor to “ 0A” ; Then press down button, the displayed current value will return to zero
    2. Press OK button to move to”+4.A”, then connect  load, the load current must be above 1.00A; Then press up or  down buttons to make the measured value is the same as load current.; Next, press OK button and move to ‘Save’to save the calibration setting, then power off and power on again.

    Discharging current calibration.

    1. Hook up the power supply and load according to the discharging wiring diagram.
    2. Set the power supply as over 12V, then hold on  OK button and power the meter simultaneously.Then release button OK after 3 seconds. It will come to parameter setting;
    3. Please move yellow cursor to “Mode”and short press OK button, then move the yellow cursor to “-4.A”.

In that case, please make sure the actual load current is over 1.00A. Next, please press up or down button to adjust the current value of meter until it is the same as actual load current. After that, press OK, move yellow cursor to ”Save” and save the calibration.

    Hi.

    Looking to calibrate vac8010F -500v.

Can’t seem to get into the calibration menu, I also have a vac9010 unit on the same power line, I would like them to both read the same values. 400ah lifepo4 setup.

    Hello greg jarvis,

Please refer to below cablibration instruction

    1. Connecting power supply (20V/1A) and load. (It must be 20V/1A)
    2. Short connect two calibrating spots (Open the back cover, you can find two holes which

    marked with “W” on board)

    1. Turn on the power supply.
    2. When the display changed from “CAL—“ into” —PASS”, that means the calibration is finished.
