    Hi

    When I first plug in the converter I get E2.54 on the display.

    And I can’t adjust the voltage. Voltage stays at input voltage.

    Is this an error code? E2.54

    Hello Joel Cooke,

    May  I know how large the input voltage it is? Did you regulate voltage potentiometer clockwise or anticlockwise?

    If possible, would  you like to show us the display?

    60V source.

    BTW I have two of these and the other is working properly. I have only been using this for a week or so.

    I have a picture of the converter with the E2.54 on the display on my desktop but can’t figure out the insert image option above. It’s asking for a “Source”. How do I insert the image?

    Hello Joel Cooke,

    Do you mean it can work before? what kind of load is connected?

    You need to upload picture  and then copay that URL .

    Or you can just send picture to service email: service@droking.com
