    I have my regulator wired in to my power supply .DC (5.1V) It reads U-IN 5.1V I have set it for U-OUT 5.0V. The I-SET is 0.83A But the U-OUT and the I-OUT and the POWER are all reading at 0.00V, 0.00A and 0.00W. Can you help me to figure out how to get the box to actually output anything? Thanks for your help.

    I tried switching my power source to a 12V but I still receive nothing on the output end.

    Dear Diana A, did you buy this 20V 2A NC Power Module? please note that this is Step down mode, input voltage must be higher than 3V. So if the input is DC 5.1V, then set it for U-OUT 5.0V, it cannot work.

    Do you mean that when you changed the input to 12v, but the output still had nothing change? Could you please tell us what’s the wring. If you can, we sincerely hope you can send us some photos.
