I bought a Craftsman cordless tool recently for home projects, expecting solid performance and decent battery life based on the brand reputation. At first everything worked fine, but after several uses I noticed the battery draining faster than I anticipated. Even simple tasks now require more frequent charging, which slows down work significantly. I checked the battery and charger to make sure everything was functioning correctly, but the issue still continues.
