I am using a DC Buck converter SKU 200310 for an application where I need to maintain constant current output and variable voltage. I have tried setting current value using the SET button, but I am unable to set a constant current. I would like to know if it is possible to configure the converter to supply a constant current and how to do this configuration.

    Hello,

Pleaes kindly notice constant current status mainly depends on  your load.  No converter can control how much current the load should draw.  Converter just set a limit for load current.

For example, if you set 3A output, but your device draw 2A, the actual output is still 2A. It is impossible to force the device to draw 3A.

Once device draws over 3A, output will be limited to 3A. In that case, it is in constant current mode.

    Best regards.
