Hi, I recently started working with this product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FCY4JFU/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20&keywords=voltage%2Bregulator&th=1

I followed setup instructions but I have no output current (it stays at 0 amps no matter HOW MUCH I SCREW CLOCKWISE) and upon being disconnected from a power source my chip does not power on. I can set my voltage fine and the lcd display works, and I can set my mode.

I feel as if I got sent a defective chip.

I am trying to use this product with a Raspberry Pi 3 and a 12V battery.I have two wires coming from my battery to the chip, that is all.

Also would it be possible to get a datasheet for this product?
