    DROK DC-DC Buck Voltage Converter 4.5-40V 12V to 5V/2A Step-down Volt Transformer Stabilizer Voltage Regulator Module

    With above unit I test and get 5v on usb out with usb indicator light on.

    Solar panel output reads 19v.

    When I plug in cell phone or external battery to charge usb light goes out and will not stay on.

    I would like to charge a cell phone or an external cell phone battery with DROK unit and solar panel.

    Seeking advice on why this is not working and how to accomplish goal with various cell phones iPhone included and external battery packs.
