I’m not trying to argue about the whole shift, just make sense of one part of it before my next block. Should I ask support using the block time and route details, or describe what happened at the stop where the confusion started? I’d rather keep it practical and ask about the one app note than turn it into a long story about the whole route.

Instead of opening how to contact amazon flex helps if the first line names the block time, station, package count, stop number, and the app message that confused you. If one stop caused the issue, explain that point first and keep screenshots ready. You can say the rest of the route was ordinary, which makes the single app note easier to review before your next block. I’d also keep the question about clarification, not performance, so the reply stays useful.

Delivery apps generate so much information that it’s easy to over-explain the whole route when only one stop or one app message matters. Naming the station, block time, and exact point where things got confusing should make the request much easier to review.
