Hello, I bought an AC 240 Digital Ammeter & Voltmeter 110-300V/50A from eBay (unused condition) similar as this:

The problem is that the panel meter only shows a decimal point in the current window and no digits at all. Any other possible cause than that the unit is broken?

Thanks for writing in.
We are not sure if the item you bought is the same to the one in Amazon site.
We don’t want to give you a wrong solution. Assuming they is the same one, it’s regretted the display has been damaged. Did you wire it up correctly? We suggest you can contact ebay seller to ask for more detials.
